Sunday, June 6: JuneFest! One service 10:30 a.m. under the tent
Our JuneFest celebration begins with one worship service under the tent on the athletic field at 10:30 a.m. Come and enjoy a relaxed setting, great music, and an opportunity to worship God with your extended family of faith. Following worship, lunch will be provided at a cost of $7 per person for all ages 6 and above, children ages 5 and under are free and the maximum per family is $25. Please make your reservations by calling the church office at 253-3237 or at www.msumc.org/event_registration. This is a great event for all ages!
Sunday, June 13: One Service 10:30 a.m. Sanctuary
Rev. Cyndi Alte will lead Meridian Street in worship at one service at 10:30 a.m. Cyndi was an associate pastor at Meridian Street in the 1990s and is fondly remembered by many. If you are not going to make the journey to Muncie for the ordination service, please come and offer your praise and worship to God and welcome Cyndi back to Meridian Street. Rev. Kevin Reed will be ordained at 10:00 a.m. in Emens Auditorium on the campus of Ball State University.
Sunday, June 20: One Service 10:30 a.m. Sanctuary
Celebrate the ordination of Rev. Kevin Reed as an Elder in the United Methodist Church. Kevin will preach at one service in the Sanctuary at 10:30 a.m. Following the service, we will move to the Fellowship Hall where you will have the opportunity to enjoy a light meal and offer your congratulations to Kevin. You will also have a chance to see little Alton, so this will be a great day for the Reed family and the community of faith at Meridian Street!
Sunday, June 27: Regular Worship Schedule
Find the worship time that fits best for you and your family. We will be back to our regular schedule with worship at 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary and worship at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel. Rev. Anne Rosebrock will be preaching at all three services.
