Meridian Street United Methodist Church: Disciple Kids


What is Disciple Kids? Disciple Kids is our Sunday School program for children Kindergarten through fifth grade. The name and the programming follow Meridian Street’s legacy of discipleship, building a foundation of Christian learning, faithful service and mission outreach.			Sunday Morning Nursery and Preschool Classes Lambs are our youngest children from birth to age three. Little Disciples are our children who turn 3 or 4 before September 1 and are not yet in kindergarten.
Faith Friends *Disciple Kids Faith Friends* is a fellowship group for kids in third, fourth and fifth grade. We will meet once a month after Sunday school from 11:30 – 1:00 for lunch, fellowship and Christian stewardship. Send the rest of the family to lunch in Broad Ripple and stay for *Faith Friends*. We will meet upstairs in room 302. Our meetings for this 2010 - 11 school year are: September 26 - Getting to Know You October 17 - Crop Walk November 21 - Helping host our Thanksgiving Dinner December 5 - Adopt a Family Project January 23 - FOSA February 4 - 5 - SuperStart! Retreat for 4th & 5th graders February 13 (Bible Sunday) - How to use your Bible - for 3rd graders & their families March 20 - Lenten Study May 15 - Faith Friends Family Picnic Come have fun with your church friends!
