What happened after Easter? We know that Jesus rose from the dead, but then what? Come with us as we walk on the road to Emmaus and discover Jesus! He showed himself to his followers then and shows himself to us even today. We’ll explore Luke 24 and learn how to ask Jesus to live in our lives each and every day.  In art, we’ll create stained glass pictures of the day on the Emmaus road to display in the front hall cases. In cooking, we’ll create the surprised faces of Jesus followers and learn from experience that things may not always be what they seem to be. We’ll also play Games and learn to trust each other.  Our video is the moving story, “He Is Risen”.
